Should I buy GTX 1660 for 287.92 USD?

I am from India, and wanted to ask should I buy GTX 1660 (Non super) card at 287.92 United States Dollars?

 

(Import duty is too much, and that sucks ) (I know I can get 1660 super or RTX 2060, but price for those are atrocious)

I would wait for prices to drop, the thing is because of the Pandemic the prices are skyrocketing for PC hardware and other things, and as I said duties are one another reason.

 

The MSI Gaming X (1660 non super) sells usually for 252 (194 UK Pounds) USD and other brands like Galax and Gigabyte sell them for cheap about 231 USD (178 UK Pounds).
