Blackshark v2 X Problem

I bought blackshark v2 x two weeks ago. When the earcup moves on the right side, a grinding sound is heard.

 

Is it normal?

That doesn't sound notmal. Is it plastic on plastic grinding sound cause that may lead to the the cup or headband falling apart.
