Hello there, tech lovers!

Short time ago I have build myself a new PC for university and for gaming. My old computer was a crappy lenovo laptop from 2011 and had integrated bluetooth. When I switched to this PC I needed a dongle to be able to use my bluetooth accessories with the new computer - Especially my Soundcore Life Q20 (Bluetooth version 5.0) headphones. The dongle i bought is described as Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR) and supports version 4.0.

So my headphones pair easily and connect normally. But thats when the trouble starts. When Windows says that they are connected(Only connected - no tags for media or communication) they don't appear in sound devices and the led on the headphones continues to blink(meaning waiting for bluetooth connection). I have tried many drivers(Including Harmony CSR Stack) but nothing works. The only thing that makes a difference is when i disable the device Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator, enable it and and then connect them they pop up as connected as media, appear in sound devices and work properly .... for a brief period of time (like a minute or so) and then disconnect again.

So, guys, I am very desperate and have no ideas left.

Every little bit of help will be greatly appreciated.

OC: Windows 10 Pro (ver. 2004 build 19041.508)
