Please help this is so annoying!!!!

Hi guys, I have just built a pc a week ago it was working fine and then I decided to switch my graphics card from a 1060 to a 2060. After I switched my pc started crashing whenever I would open up games like cod or try to download anything from the internet. At first I thought the power supply was the issue but it is not I got a new power supply and it is still not working now the pc won’t even boot up. What do I do!? What could be the issue!?

 

my build:

 

Motherboard: ASrock B365 pro 4 

Ram: oloy 2x8 Gb 

CPU: I5 8400

GPU: EVGA ultra gaming RTX 2060

PSU: Corsair Modular CXM

CPU cooler: Cooler Master RGB 212

Use DDU to uninstall your graphics card drivers then download and install the latest ones from Nvidia's website.

I would but I can’t even do that before it crashes.

You dont understand. The compasitors or some crap gets loaded on the 2060 gpu and the gpu doesnt know what to do so it restarts the whole pc.

Try booting into safe mode. Also, how many watts is your PSU?

My PSU is 650 w and I do not think it is the graphics card because I switched to my other card and it still won’t work it is now won’t even boot up and my case fans won’t turn on could it be the motherboard?

Switch the gpu to the old one? or maybe a different motherboard?

It won’t even boot I have no clue what the issue is. Could it be the CPU cooler or the motherboard or something else!?
