Opinions on the Gigabyte-B550M-AORUS-PRO?

im considering getting it but wanted to know the power delivery, and overclocking ability for the 3900X

 

also if there are any problems with it?

According to this tier list, it is not quite enough for a fully maxed out 3900X with little airflow. 
This Gamers Nexus video talks about it, saying that it is more than capable of handling a 3900X at stock speeds.
Should be fine so long as you give it some decent airflow over the VRM.

im planning to buy the Be Quiet Pure Base 500DX which has 3 high quality fans as well as cool it with the Dark Rock 4 using 2 fans if thats good enough?

B550M Auros Pro - Cpu Mosfet -10+3 4C10N  / 1L 4c06 - N Channel VRM type. 130$

 

If going with Gigabyte, you might rather have the B550 (No M) Auros Pro (50 bucks more'ish) and will come equipped with 12+2 Vishay SiC651C Mosfet DrMos VRM.

id love them, but sadly they aren't available in my country for less than around 300$
