The cards are fine if you don't OC them, NVIDIA pushed out a new driver today which addresses some of the issue.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora

The cards are basically running at max performance already. Even a small oc causes crashing so really don't oc them + have a good psu and all is good.
