Here is my build so far keep in mind I live in Canada . If you have any suggestions let me know. I plan on playing modern games at 1080p

Theres a thing called "amazon warehouse deals, everything is used/like new or open box, they make sure everything works fine and if it is DOA they will give you a refund. But any way they have some cheaper stuff on there, like these.

Won't the cheaper motherboard make it a crappier overclocker?

Although a cheaper board may mean less oc'ing for the cpu, it can allow for more funds to be funneled into the graphics card which makes a bigger difference for gaming.
