[SOLVED]Changed RAM speed and now PC won't start

Linnaeus and Moonzy,
The new motherboard got it running again with a bios post.
Strange that changing RAM speed in a drop down list could kill a motherboard.
PRO TIP: Overclock your things correctly *check tutorials and guides thoroughly* and you may avoid these issues that I have created myself.
OR..
Could have been hardware issue. *which I would like to believe *
