When you flip the power switch on your psu to on and try to power on your computer is there anything trying to power on? Or just nothing?

And what I meant about the power cables was if the connections to your mobo were all facing the right directions.

On my motherboard there is the light on power button and I have pressed it

have you plugged in all the buttons for the case power button onto the mobo? And youre pusing the power button on your case right?

Are you refering to a gpu boost?

It is possible that some cables can be installed at the wrong rotation.

If you have modular PSU you can plug some PCIe cables wrong.

no not the cable for the button it can be plugged both ways and still work

did you go through the pinned topic: How to react to a non power up situation before you posted this? if not do so. Also please give us more  information the information you gave us is really the bar minimum. Tell us your specs, is this the first time you build a computer, Have you used the hardware before, or is it a new build etc. We want to help you but you have to give us more information ok?

Yea need a bit more info. You say it doesn't start up, but does it power on? Any lights or spinning fans?
