Lag spikes

I'm have lag spikes in DOTA2 and BF4 (Dota2 32ms spikes up to 1000 every 6-7 seconds), definitely not a server problem because if I tether with my phone it runs fine.

 

I'm using shaw broadband 50, hardwired with CAT5e. other friends using this service has no problems.

 

Anyone have a solution?

Maybe reboot your router.
