Im currently in the process of putting together my firsrt rig, i wanted to make sure everything booted ok before i put my graphics cards in and installed the OS. Problem is that my PC starts up, but after a few seconds it cuts right off and repeats the the same thing over and over

My mobo is an ASUS ROG Maximus V Formula, 3770k,

anyone know what to do about this?
