Slow hdd speed !

I have a samsung 320gb 7200rpm hdd but when I ran speed test with crystaldisk 6.0 it's speed are as follows 

 

Read speed- 45-50mb/s and in other read speed columns it was even low as 0.9 mb/s

 

Write speed- 100-110mb/s and in other write speed columns it was about 0.9-1mb/s

 

Plzz help me how can I fix this or increase speed without data loss or removing os.!?

My write speed increased but read speed is more worse than before

It maybe fragmented, you can try defrag.

Check the disk and try to repair any errors.

Depending on the age, it might just failing.

You should prepare a replacement drive, ssd recommended.

Click on the drive drop down and choose the 320 gb hard drive.

Sorry it was just that you wrote that it was a 320Gb and the partition didn't show anything more than 78Gb.

What does CrystalDiskInfo say about the drive?
