Is a 600W Power supply good enough for a 3080?

It in Tier C low priority, lack of information so it's questionable to start with.

 

Can't recommend it, all PSUs without professional tear down and testing reviews with the proper equipment are suspect.

 

And for something like a 3080, NO WAY PERIOD.... NO.

 

Look at the Tier List and pick from Tier A to power a 3080 and no less than 750W period.
