blackscreen cpu issue

Hello, I have recently been having a problem where my pc will crash and blackscreen as soon after I boot up and the CPU light on my motherboard will turn on(i usually get up to typing in my passcode). If I reboot it runs fine and i don't have any problems but i am not sure why it randomly crashes sometimes when i boot up.  Would anyone be able to help with this?

 

specs:

cpu - r7 2700

cpu cooler - hyper 212 black edition

gpu - rx 580

mobo - msi b450m pro vdh max

ram - 2x8gb g skill sniper x 3600mhz

psu - cooler master masterwatt 650W 80+ bronze
