Usb Connector

Go to solution Solved by Moonzy,

check along the cable for any obvious defects/sharp bends

as well as motherboard pins

check the connection at the end of the cable, see if any soldering point looks broken/fishy

could also try installing the USB driver from motherboard website

I built my first PC a few months ago, and it’s working great. However there is one small thing that’s bothering me.

I have a Cougar MX330X case, and the usb 3.0 on the front is not working.

I have already tried replugging the connection the the motherboard.

Are there any other things I can do to get it working? It’s not essential but would be nice to have.

(it’s also much too late to return the case)
