New build not posting

My new build will not post. This is my first time building a system so I am quite lost on what to do to fix it. 

Parts:

Intel i7 10700K

Nvidia 2070 super (reference)

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 gig 3600 mhz

MSI z490 Tomahawk

Nocuta NHD-15

EVGA 700 Watt 

Samsung EVO plus 500 gb ssd

SK Hynix 1tb ssd

 

The motherboard, without my windows 10 bootable usb in the back, gives a post code of no boot drive detected, which goes away as soon as I plug it into the back. But it give no post ring,  does not send me to the post screen or bios. I have no idea what is wrong with it, or what to do to try to fix it as MSI has no information for this motherboard on their website other than their product page. Any help is appreciated!
