My desktop suddenly shut off, I turned it back on but now the led on the motherboard flashed white for a second then turns orange then red and repeats

Which board are you using? It could be a POST error code it's trying to display.

Ya and I even replaced all the parts of my pc and I'm still having the same problem except some times it works for a good 3 seconds and then repeats
