DZ77GA-70K not posting

Hello, today I built system with i7 3770 and GTX 980ti, after trying first boot with this setup pc turned on by itself after turning on switch on psu. Every fan in case is going 100% and no display. I tried few things and I went from error 31 I went to 28 but still same issue, I tried whole setup except gpu outside case before building it. All is pointing to corrupted bios.
