Moved build to an itx case - now there is no display

The only parts I changed were the motherboard, CPU cooler and case. I also added a m2 ssd. Everything worked fine before the build is as follows:

R5 1600

Aorus B450 I WIFI

Zotac GTX 970

Patriot Viper 2X8GB 3000Mhz

Seasonic S12 II Bronze 520w

Notcua NH l9a

Silverstone sg13

Wd green 480gb ssd

Ocz trion 150 240gb

Seatagte 2tb hard drive

When turned on, all the fans spin, but there is no display output. Oddly, only one of the fans on my graphics card is spinning. Furthermore, holding the on switch doesn't turn off the pc. Also, any connected mouse/ keyboard doesn't light up. Thanks

Been having this issue too, where the gpu fan spins really fast and no post.
