Ping Spikes Every 60ish Seconds

I'm with Shaw, and about every minute (I timed it), I get ping spikes to about 600ms. This also occurs on LAN connected devices. It seems anything through the router does this. Ethernet directly solves this problem; however, wireless isn't supposed to be this bad. We've gone through 3 of the default Shaw modem/routers assuming it would fix, yet nothing helps the situation. I've extensively googled but can't find any resolve. 

Ryzen 7 2700x, MSI Gaming X RX 480 8gb, Asus ROG X470 Gaming, 2x8gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000, 120gb Kingston SSD (Boot) + 1TB Seagate Barracuda.
