Hello welcome to the forums! It sounds to me like your SSD died. It can happen from time to time, likely a defective unit from the factory if it died that quickly. I would contact lenovo or the retailer you bought the computer from for a return/replacement. Or just order a new drive online and put it in yourself. You can reset your bios to default settings and reset the CMOS if you want to try a couple things to make sure but typically when the drive doesn't even show up in bios it's toast.
