What is the difference between this rams

Hello guys one question thanks for everyone's help! 

What is the difference between this rams 

F4-3600C16D-16GTZN and F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC what it means with the C and without the C ? And of course what is better ? No money issue Thanks!

The GTZN (Without the "C") is Samsung B-Die

No it is not. 

You can tell by the timing set for the frequency.

 

With C = 16-19-19-39

Without C = 16-16-16-36

3600mhz 1.35v

So without the C is better rams right ? 

 

And btw if I use it with amd or intel system I will have problems? 

 

( Right now I have a b450 tomahawk max and a ryzen 7 1700 and the trident z RGB 16gb 3200mhz (16gtzr model) and it doesn't recognize the 1 dim of the 2 it says that I have 8gb but I have 16 ) do you think is a cpu problem ? )

 

Individually ram sticks works fine with xmp enable but if I put the 2 dims together it says that I have 8gb and not 16 what do you think is the problem ? Thanks

Yes the GTZN (without C ) is better.

Get that kit.

It will work well on AMD and Intel.

Probably THE best kit you can buy at this frequency and it comes with blinky blink.

 

The issue could be 1 of 3 things.

Ram 

CPU

Mobo.

 

The b die is really flexible. If the issue is still there, then you know to check the board with a different cpu. Same model preferably. If the issue is resolved with a cpu swap, warranty the old chip.

The rams I have right now is not on the qvl list of the motherboard btw the motherboard is brand new yesterday I open it and put the things I already have moreover I test my rams to my pc friend with an 8700k and the rams working fine without issue if I check other rams or cpu I can see where is the problem right ? I think from my experience that is the memory controller from the cpu ..

Yes this is agree-able. 

I've seen either, board or cpu with this issue. 50% chance one or the other....

So for the easiest testing, bring to a local shop or borrow another cpu to test the board.

From here it's all down hill. I don't think a new kit of Ram will alleviate the problem you have though.

Yes I think a new cpu will fix the problem I will test it with ryzen 5 2600
