msi ds501 ear cups

Hi, 

 

I have the msi ds501 headphones, and The ear cups aren't very comfortable for long time usage. I was looking to just buy new headphones but I thought why not just see if I can get new cushions. Does anyone know any comfortable ear cushions that are universal with gaming headsets? Not to mention, the leather on mine are starting to rip too.
