Help? Windows got loadered?

Hi, So I have an AMD 2400G rig and it's been 2 years I have been using it.

Since Feb it used to get random BSODs so I reinstalled Win10

Then since June It used to boot but not post sometimes.

I couldn't figure out what was the issue. But I realized that I hadn't got it cleaned since I bought it so I live in India and I told my dad to take it to the OG Pc shop which is 2 towns away from me

but he took it to a local shop and he cleaned my PC but he uninstalled my Avast anti virus, told my dad we need new Antivirus and installed some escan anti virus and I didn't have an genuine windows coz broke, anyway so he installed some r@in loader ?? and now my windows is genuine.

So I uninstalled this escan installed avast ran a boot time scan and it caught 2 files but I don't know if this loader is fully gone so I need help.

Clean install then. Would be best imho.

You would be better off reinstalling. Activation software tends to modify system files and the registry, which are harder to detect and find. Even for Anti-Malware software.
