Well I ve been using an old optiplex at work (win 7 Pentium(R) Dual cpu @2.8ghz, 1gb RAM)

Witch is fine for word/ Excel.

The hate came when I saw the bad old office 2010. Hotkeys are not ctr+c, ctr+v, ctr+s, ctr+z. They have some random a like shift+f12 for save, Alt+backspace for undo etc etc.

I feel like an incapable person that has to use mouse all the time!

What do you hate about old software?

Uh... that doesn't seem like an Office 2010 problem.

Something must be screwy with your actual Windows install or keyboard.

Obviously the thing that I hate most about "old" software is the fact that it is not only old, but it continues to get older as time goes by.  The second most hated thing about old software is that eventually it will grow old enough to the point that my most beloved games and software will no longer play.  Guess that's it.  Thanks for asking though.

I agree with @BlueChinchillaEatingDorito that sounds like a problem with your keyboard or Windows, not Office 2010. I actually still have office 2010 on a computer and can verify the shortcuts are all normal.
