Best SSD for Cheap

Ok so currently I have a $40 budget for a SSD. Yes I know it sounds small, but it's all I am willing to spend. I am not particularly looking for much storage due to the fact that I have a 2 HDD for games, but instead I am looking for speed (or pretty much anything that is faster than running Windows on a Hard Drive, but on that note I would like to know the best SSDs available for under $40 that are relatively fast for what they cost and possibly have a dram cache. Any help is appreciated and if you have any questions just let me know.

The best you can do for $40 with DRAM is the ADATA SU800 256GB. If you step your budget up to $50, you'll have tried and true options such as the 250GB Crucial MX500, Samsung 860 EVO, or SK hynix Gold S31.
