engineering sample? or not

ive been looking for a cpu upgrade for some time now(my cpu is an i5 7400) today i found some engineering samples of i7 7700(QKNY) for very cheap in my country and i can sell my cpu add like 5/10 bucks and get it

are these cpus any good?or is it just a waste of money?(dont recommend me ryzen or newer intel stuff those are selling for over atleast 5 times real price here)

Yeah for only $5 grab it.

Although it's better if you get the K version.
