Sorry to bother you  but I watch all you YouTube videos and have learned a lot but I've run into an issue and hope you may be kind enough to help, everything was fine but the other night I hard shut down my pc since then when I try to turn it on I get to Windows logo then my screen says no signal and I can't do anything, safe mode works but when I installed Nvidia drivers the pc booted for a minute or so into Windows then the screen went black again and no signal returned I'm unsure what to do as clearly my graphics card it's working it seems to be something else. I also noticed in device manager I have a few yellow exclamation marks which is telling me I have driver issues, do you think I might be better off doing a Windows reinstall.

I did use cc cleaner that day so possibly deleted something it shouldn't have bit in unable to do a restore as it says i don't have any restore points saved

Don't use CC Cleaner unless you know EXACTLY what you're doing.

 

Reinstall Windows, do NOT reinstall CC Cleaner.

I thought that might need the case I've always been dubious of ccleaner but only did the basics, stuff it recommended to delete but I did do a registry clean which is most likely the culprit
