Laptop Screen Acts Weirdly

So this thing happen to me

 

the first thing i do is to check whether it is a hardware problem or software problem,i open up bios and its fine

 

so i concluded that its a software problem, then i decided to just do fresh install win 10 by deleting all the partition when reinstalling the OS

but the problem is still there

can anybody help me with this?

 

my laptop is ASUS A442UQ

Is it the lcd or the gpu?

Have an external monitor? If it happens on the monitor too then the GPU is dying.

 

Also does it change if you move the panel back and forth? If it changes there, then it's either a cable failure or LCD failure.
