Windows installation

Hello

I am using windows disc to install windows 10 but the installation stucked at "Copying files for installation" every time, the disc i am using have few scratches on it but it is that bad,

Is this is fault of disc or something else?

Got a spare usb? Use media creation tool to download latest win10 and boot from usb to reinstall it rather than use hp recovery disc.

Can I use product key of windows disc to activate downloaded windows

yes. However windows should detect the key as  OEM's embed the product key within the bios.
