RTX 3080 expected release time?

What time could one expect orders to open for the RTX 3080? I'm expecting something for the Pacific Coast. Just curious what others think as well because I'm gonna try my luck to knab a low stock 3080FE. But if that fails I'll get an AIB tbh. On that note will AIBs launch their GPU models on the 17th with the FE?

Its gonna be Pacific, but I'm not sure of the time. That's why I'm here to see what people think would be the time If it will be 12 AM or later in the morning like 8AM.

Most likely, 6AM. Possibly midnight. Maybe 8AM.

 

At the very least, it's before my local Best Buy opens, so I have a fallback if I can't get one online.
