Hello,

My mobo is B450 AORUS ELITE and for some reason my rams cant run on in higher than 2866, I tried ALL possible stuff, took me days, but I tried everything and nothing works on 2933 it stable for sometime but random crashes.

the question is, should I switch mobo, does Ryzen cpu really gets ALOT from higher clocks? is it worth the spend ? Im trying to go 4k 60-100fps after I get 3070 (or 3080 if budget will allow) so I think with my 3060 it will do good.

But question is, is it worth to switch mobo for smth better to hit, ram 3200 or mby even OC to higher?

did you bump up dram and soc voltage?

as mentioned, last time I tried, I sat for a few days experimenting, searching forums/ google/ youtube for solutions, different combinations, settings etc. tried everything possible and result is that this mobo cant do ram at even 2933 stable (mby with some harsh settings its gonna be stable) even if ram standard is 3200...

what exactly did you try?
saying you tried ALL and everything says that nobody will be able to help.. and i doubt that you tried ALL and everything :D

Please also use appropriate titles. Titles should be a short description of your situation to get people interested in looking at your thread. Titles such as "help" or "i have a problem" (etc.) will only lead to you getting less to zero help, cause people won't be able to tell what this thread is about and therefore don't bother looking into it.

Im not a PRO at ram OC so I dont know all the terms, but I think I also asked here and after watching hours and hours of forum and google solutions and OC methods, and settings, and voltage and combinations and even that software which shows what settings to use for your ram. nothing worked.

also forgot to mentione, this mobo BIOS is somewhat limited. in comparison to my last b350 it has waaaay less options and settings.
