Help with building/selling

Budget : around 3000kr (around 300 dollars)

Country: Sweden

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Esports titles and maybe more.

 

My old budget pc’s motherboard recently broke (can’t output audio) but the rest of the pc still works fine

 

Processor: Intel I7 3930k

Motherboard:P9x79 Pro

Gpu:R9 270 2gb

Ram: Kingston 16gb ddr3 (not sure what model)

PSU: Corsair CX500M

Storage: Intel SSD 320 Series 160GB

Cpu cooler: Noctua NH-U9DX 1366 37.8 CFM

And a pretty basic antec office case.

 

So i’ve come down to two options, either sell the components or use the PSU, GPU, Cpu cooler and maybe storage to start off a new build and sell it as a budget gaming pc. I would have liked to be able to use the processor but it’s really hard to find a decent motherboard with LGA 2011 socket that doesn’t cost a fortune. The easiest case would have been if I find a used motherboard for my processor and ram, so I can then just put all my existing hardware in it and then sell it.

 

What should i do?

Why don't you add an audio card to fix that issue?

Could work but I’m not sure if that’s the only problem with the motherboard, and I don’t know if I’m comfortable with spending money on a soundcard and then that not working as intended. The motherboard started malfunctioning shortly after a video card caught fire while the system was running.
