Windows dual boot problem PLEASE HELP.

I want to install two windows 10s on my pc. Now the issue is whenever i install the second one thru usb install method and boot into the second one, that one becomes c by default. Is there any way to install two windows 10 but the second one should retain the drive letter assigned to it and not default as c?
