I have built a pc and it does not work 

All it does is is boot cycle once or twice starts up but then doesn't display I've tried unpluginh the ram starting it then with the GPU switched hard drives with same os changed cpus changed motherboard and just doesn't work

Try taking the gpu out and running off the iGPU.

 

Make sure your ram is in a proper slot, probably A2. Make sure that the 24 pin motherboard power is connected right and the cpu power is connected right

Done that and still doesn't work it does what it always does boot cycles once then turns on for 18-20 seconds and I have changed the ram in all slots

BIOS might not be up to date on that Z68. 60 series boards were for 2nd gen intel while 70 series boards were for 3rd gen. they are intercompatible, but only when updated.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
