OK this may seem stupid, but whats hardware acceleration.

When you get a video signal in from lets say youtube your gpu can assist in decoding it by using it's hardware to decode a H264 or H265 encoded video stream which is far faster. Your i3 330m's integrated gpu does not support any of this in more recent windows versions and thus will have to use the software decoder which is a LOT slower. This together with your i3 330m being a really really weak cpu by todays standards you will get terrible streaming performance and it will be unusable.

So no matter how you look at it you need a new computer. Your laptop is now a decade old it's time for it to be replaced.

Google stadia but that is as good as dead. Best bet is to if this is a desktop get a cheap dx11 used gpu. If not then tough luck. Find a really cheap desktop/laptop that does support the min spec and go from there.

I'm on a laptop and I can't upgrade it cuz it doesn't have the ports (and im a noob)

You need a computer with hardware acceleration to decode a media stream which the laptop that you mentioned in the previous post does not support on windows 10 or 8 and shadow is dropping support for windows 7.
