Is Asus Zenbook 14 UX434 worth $150 over Zenbook 14 UX431

I'm looking to get a laptop and I like the Zenbooks. Usage is basic media consumption (Reddit,Movies/Shows,Youtube) and i'll take it with me for CompSci classes in uni (to my understanding specs don't matter for the degree? I have a desktop PC that should be good enough for programming anyways. I might do Adobe XD / Illustrator projects on it too  

Basically the most important things for me are screen quality+brightness and battery life (maybe performance too if it matters for CompSci classes?) but is it worth +$150?

This has the UX431 specs  

 

and these are the UX434 specs

looks like the only difference is the more expensive one has an nvidia mx250 gpu. if you don't plan on gaming, video editing, cad work, or anything else you might think of that needs a stronger gpu, go with the cheaper one
