OK so this is just a guide how to make a "server" from an unused PC

 

So lets start it:

1.step:Get a computer with like windows on it.

2:So networking a PC is not that easy for people that just starting about server, BUT if you an expert in it its easy

2.step,part2:plug the "junk" PC to Ethernet and then connect it to "wifi" and you'r done.

3:Put some files to it and then connect to it from another PC and ITS DONE.

Are you trying to explain how to configure a discoverable PC with SMB shares? If that's the case, it skips a couple dozen steps.
