What do you mean, you can't disable a GPU via BIOS? Do you mean onboard GPU? Remove the CMOS battery to reset the board, wait a couple of minutes and put it back in. Also while it's out, press the power button a couple of times to discharge the board.

It's easier just to swap your monitor's cable onto your motherboard and boot that way to enable it again in device manager. That said, that only works if your CPU has integrate video.
