PC Crashes while gaming randomly HELP!!!!

Hi! First of all sorry about my English and I am not really the smartest when it comes to stuff like this so don't judge please. 

 

So I bought a RX 560 4GB about a year ago and about 3 months ago my pc started crashing while playing games, mostly in League of Legends while my match is loading. Screen completely corrupts or changes into a random blank color, I can't use mouse, keyboard, anything... and I'm left with no choice but to restart it through the button on the PC.

 

About 3 months ago I upgraded rest of my pc parts, I went from AM3+ motherboard to AM4, got myself a Ryzen 3 1200, 2x4GB DDR4 2666 MHz RAM, and I got a PSU (used). I upgraded it all except for GPU, SSD and HDD. 
 

I've recently noticed that when I'm in a game my GPU usage jumps like crazy, It goes from 1% to 99% then from 99% to 20% and so. It's very random. Meanwhile my CPU usage is normal, temperature of both GPU and CPU are normal. 

 

I tried removing drivers using DDU and installing newest GPU driver and it didn't fix anything. I've tried old ones too but no fix. I also tried as you I just said, to upgrade/change my pc parts and still nothing. This is driving me crazy and I really can't afford to buy a new GPU. I think the problem is either in GPU or the PSU, since I bought the PSU that was already used.

 

My PC specs:

 

MB: ASUS PRIME A320M-K

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200

GPU: AMD RX 560 4GB

RAM: HyperX Fury 2x4GB DDR4 2666 MHz

PSU: LC Power LC7760GP3 650W 80+ Bronze

SSD: Kingston A400 240GB (hope I got it right)

HDD: 500GB (I don't exactly know which one)

 

Below I uploaded a photo of what it looked like when it happened in League of Legends once, and a video from about 2 days ago when I was trying to play Far Cry Primal and this kept happening every time the game was loading at the same exact spot It would crash.

By the artifacts on the first photo looks like your gpu is about to die soon

Well If that's the case I guess I should start hoping it happens as soon as possible, since my warranty "runs out" 31st of August 2021.

If you have warranty do it now, your GPU is not working as it should, the warranty covers that.

I took it to the store I bought it from and they couldn't find the problem in the service. Probably because we misunderstood each other and I didn't explain the problem the best. But warranty shouldn't have expired because they returned the GPU to me, not fixed, not a new one. Just returned me the broken one. But this time I have more proof of it being broken and I hope they fix it or give me the new one because, as I said, I really can't afford buying a new one...
