New PC build

I'm trying to build a new gaming PC but pcpartpicker is giving me notes about some problems but i'm not sure what to do.

 

CPU: Intel Core i5-10600k 4.1 GHz 6-Core Processor

Cooler: NZXT Kraken X53 73.11 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX Z490-E GAMING ATX LGA1200 Motherboard
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (4x8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME SSD + I already own a older 2 TB HDD

GPU: I plan on buying one of the new 3080's coming out the 17th

Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic ATX Full Tower CAse

EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750 W 80+ Gold Certified FUlly Modular ATX Power Supply

 

I would like to know what you guys think of the build and what could be improved before i buy everything, also if there are any problems with the build, also would i need to rebuy windows?

•  Note:The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.
•  Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.

This is what pcpartpicker is telling me.

You're fine, unless you populate every SATA port. If you do, then one SATA device will not be functional.
