Heaven Benchmark Scores (Help)

My buddy in another state is looking to buy a used PC and I told him to have the seller do a benchmark as an easy way to see if there was something wrong with the parts or anything. The image is what he sent from what I've seen on the leaderboards this is extremely low. It is 1440 extreme instead of 1080 extreme but i was wondering what you guys thought. I personally haven't ran a 1440 extreme benchmark with a stock 10900k and a 2080ti thanks for any advice.

It just looks like he set up a custom run.

 

If he runs the extreme Preset, you'd want to see at least 5000pts or more. 4500 pts would be on the low end.

 

Ask them to run it again with just the extreme preset. No other changes.

This is what he went back. I think its still not on the extreme preset I could be wrong though. Still seems rough for the specs ill attach it in a second.

A little low. I'm sure it's not optimized towards this benchmark, hes just running it and producing a score.

 

At least it's you know it's working. Optimize it later for your needs.
