Hi guys, this is me build:

ryzen 5 1600af + sapphire rx5600xt + deepcol matrex v3 add rgb + 6 fan (1800rpm) + msi b450 pro vdh max + 2 x 8 3200mhz rgb ram (thermaltake) + 1 ssd + 1 hdd.

First: I currently have one gamemax vp-600 80 plus bronze (480w in 12v output) and and I'm looking for a higher quality psu to be more secure, because my city is very hot in summer and I'm worried that with high temperatures I don't have enough power. I would like to know how much w I need to cover the current needs of the build and a little margin in case of adding something else (like more disks). is 480w very dangerous for this build?

Second: i see one seasonic focus gx650/gm650 80+ gold or antec earthwatts gold pro ea750g, it would be my maximum budget I think. (im not from eeuu), ty guys

I would stick away from Antec, their PSUs are of dubious quality.

Well that's misinformation at best. Antec Signature series, High Current Pro, High Current Gamer Gold, Earthwatts Pro Gold, Neo Eco M Gold, and Neo Eco Zen are all good PSUs (most of them are from Seasonic anyway)

The EA750G is literally a Focus GM, with maybe some minor adjustments (I think they use a different fan or they changed the OPP or something)
