Pretty good pairing, although I would look at the 2070 if you can afford it once prices drop. If you don’t care about ray tracing, the 5700xt would be an option as well.

That's a fair match, but it technically depends on what you're doing, as well as the resolution and refresh rate of your monitor (assuming you're gaming).
