ok, so i go atx  and i will leave my strix b450-i behind.
my budget is 200€ and so, im used to asus and 20 years or even more (since Pentium 4)  i never had a single issue so i plan to keep on asus and also there's a cashback that helps with it.
so i ask you guys best option from those models ?

Asus strix  b450-f - 80.99€
Asus TUF b550 plus gaming - 133.90€
Asus strix b550-f - 159.90€
Asus strix b550-e - 200.90€

I could get the Asus Tuf x570 plus for 174€ or even spend 30€ more over my budget and get the asus strix x570-f for 229.90€ but i dont like chipset coolers they are allways loud.

Thanks
Board to pair with

Ryzen 5 3600x
Sapphire Pulse 5700xt
16 gb gskill trident Z neo 3600mhz
WD black SN 750 m.2 1tb

Either of the b550 Strix boards look good to me. Not all that different from what I could see, so the b550-f would probably be the better buy. The TUF would work as well, but the extra features of the Strix boards are worth it in my eyes.

Would advise against b450 due to lack of PCIe 4.0

Have you considered also the prime X570-P?

Asus' cheapest X570 board, with a great VRM.

The X570 tuf would also be a solid buy.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I'd do the B550-F gaming unless you need more than one PCI-E 16x slot, get the "E" model instead. Other than that, essentially the same board. The B550 will offer the same bios features as X570 as depicted at the site (for either board), more so than the TUF version.

The B450-F lacks in the VRM department, although still a nice board, but limited power capabilities.

For the memory, I'd get this kit instead. Or at least this part number in a different color.

Chipset fans if not loud now Will get in the future... But aside of that i dont need x570, i dont do big overclocks,  i got a 3600x i dont think i need more than b550... On my b450-i Im runing my 3600x até 4425mhz on 1.421 vscore, fully stable (dont remenber have a Crash) max tem sits on 70 while gaming ,

well ir crossed my mind sell my 3600x buy a x570 with a 3800x that now costs around 300€... But i probably wont get more than 5-10 fps than i have now on gaming... So i think its doesnt make sense thats why i decided Stay at b550
