Upgrading my proccesor

Hello everyone, this is my first post here. Currently im using amd a4-6300, Asus a68hm-e and gt 730. Im thinking that i should upgrade my cpu. I got a deal, amd A10 5800k. Is it still compatible with my Mobo?

And it doesn't include a hsf,so what should i be looking for?

It should work, but if I were you I would sink anymore money into that system. Its ancient at this point

How much is the cpu? The a10 5800k is a extremely low end cpu and if you are hoping to increase gaming performance expect none to very little improvement with this whole setup.
