Corsair Commander Pro Question?

Hello. I am planning on buying Noctua fans and connecting it to a Corsair Commander Pro. I want to buy a fan controller because I don't want to use the motherboard fan headers. My question is if I can control the RPM of the fans in the Corsair Software (iCUE). Thanks in advance.
