Was fixing up my friends PC and apparently the repair shop he sent it to put two wrong screws in  two mother board standoffs. They wont come undone and ive tried the plier method without success so now hes got a motherboard stuck between two standoffs.

id really need help here any input would be helpful

They refuse to fix it aparently and the police said there isnt anything they can do without taking it to court with big legal fees
