I'm considering transferring my daily into a server chassis and running a 10m Thunderbolt 3 cable from the rack to my office.

My only concern is that I cannot, for the life of me, find a thunderbolt 3 hub that has 3 DP ports, among a USB-C, and USB 3.0 ports.  I've got two 4k monitors, and a 144hz monitor, all using DP cables.

Any suggestions?

You can't find them because they don't exist. Thunderbolt 3 will only carry two display signals. A 10m Thunderbolt 3 cable is also about $600 USD. My advice is to just buy quieter PC components, it'll be much cheaper and then you can actually run three monitors.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Being quiet isn't the issue. My office staying around 80F all day and night is.

Ah, well either way there isn't a one cable solution for three monitors, USB-C, and USB 3 ports. If you can rearrange things to move your desk and rack closer together you might be able to use multiple cables to get the experience you want. If you can get them within 5m then USB and display cables will work, but Thunderbolt 3 only goes up to 2m before needing incredibly expensive active optical cables

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
