RTX 3080 Content Creation Build

I need some recommendations for a RTX 3080 build. I primarily do content creating so I want the build to cater toward this bias. I'm new to the PC build world (Coming from MacOS) so I need some breakdowns. So far with my basic research I found these for my set up:

Motherboard: MSI X570 MEG Unify, or a B550 tomahawk if I stick with 3.0 SSD

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x

CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D15 CHROMAX.BLACK 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler

GPU: RTX 3080

Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory

SSD: Do I wait for the Sabrent/Samsung PCIe 4.0 or go with 3.0 Samsung EVO? Need Help

Should I do a dual ssd set up with one being the boot drive???

PSU: 850W or 1000W?

CASE: Meshify C? I'm looking for Atx mid/full. I don't care for looks just want performance like better airflow and variety of I/o like usb C

Monitor: I'm currently using Lenovo think vision X1 (2nd Gen) which supports 4K 60 fps. I would like suggestions for possible monitor upgrades to take advantage of the new rtx cards. Resolution and accuracy is a priority.

Thank you for the help!!!

Budget (including currency): N/A

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Adobe creative cloud (Premier Pro, After effects, Photoshop, etc), Streaming (Twitch,Youtube), Light gaming

Note: B550 support PCIe Gen 4 SSDs.

850W is plenty since the 3900X isn't really a power hog.

I would go with a PCIe Gen 4 drive since I don't think you would benefit from a 5000 Mb/s drive.

Case - I'd go with a P500A/Lancool II Mesh. Define 7 if you want to use a bunch of drives.

Doesn't seem like your needs are super demanding. Will 3080 be necessary?

As a wise master once said,

Put as much effort into your question as you would expect a stranger to add to their answer!

At the price point it's coming out 3080 seems like a good purchase. I was assuming extra vram would be helpful too. Do you have recommendations for other GPUs great for video editing?

I was reading something about having separate SSDs to optimize rendering and import/exports with premier pro
